True confession: Easter is my FAVORITE holiday (holy-day). I love Holy Week; never been too thrilled about Sunrise Services, though. I usually look forward to Easter every year as a very special day. However, this Easter feels very different...I miss the fellowship and rituals associated with this day. In some ways, it feels no different than any other Sunday. But maybe that's a good thing. After all, EVERY SUNDAY WE CELEBRATE THE RESURRECTION OF OUR SAVIOR. Thus, every Sunday should feel like Easter. So the fact that tomorrow feels no different than any other Sunday just might mean I have fully embraced "...I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of our Lord. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, oh Jerusalem..."
